| I keep getting a 502 Authentication Error message. What does this mean? |
 | The most common reasons for this error are:
Incorrect username or password.
You have exceeded your download limit.
Use the Control Panel to view your available bandwidth.
Your account is expired.
During the automatic renewal process, your account will be expired if we are unable to capture your recurring order. This most likely reason for this is an expired credit card or a change in other billing information. View your account status in the UsenetRocket Control Panel.
Exceeding maximum number of connections.
UsenetRocket allows 4 to 8 connections per account at any given time. If your newsreader tries to open a fifth or nineth connection to the news server, an error will result. This is not a serious error. Simply stop the new task and wait until one of the already running tasks completes. |
